Female Sales Coordinator Job in Sec. 16 Bahadurgarh Haryana.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with at least three years of experience to support sales team’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a graduate female professional with outstanding communication abilities, strong email-writing proficiency, and proven client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Draft, proofread, and send sales proposals, quotations, follow-up emails, and meeting invites.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Sales Support & Administration
- Prepare sales reports, track orders, and update CRM records accurately.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments, product demos, and client visits.
Mail Writing & Documentation
- Create professional, client-centric email templates for various sales scenarios.
- Maintain organized records of all client correspondence and sales documents.
- Assist in drafting presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral as needed.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Gather client feedback, relay requirements, and facilitate resolution of issues.
- Support the sales team in negotiating terms and closing deals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a sales-support or coordination role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to draft clear, persuasive emails.
- Client Handling: Proven track record of managing client expectations and delivering excellent service.
- Technical: Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
