Job Description: E-commerce Executive Sec. 5, Bawana
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join in Sector 5, Bawana, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth online order processing, and optimizing product listings for maximum visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, and others.
- Process and track online orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain availability.
- Handle daily reports, sales analysis, and data updates using Excel.
- Optimize product titles, keywords, and content for better ranking and visibility.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and handle logistics-related queries.
- Address customer inquiries, ratings, and reviews professionally.
- Stay updated with platform policy changes, discounts, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams for campaigns and offers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an e-commerce role.
- Strong working knowledge of major marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Good understanding of online sales, product listings, and order management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred).
