Job Description: Quality Supervisor in Sec. 17 Bahadurgarh

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to join in Sec. 17, Bahadurgarh Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with either no prior experience or up to 6 months of experience in quality inspection or control. You will be responsible for monitoring product quality, identifying defects, and supporting quality assurance procedures on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.

• Assist in preparing inspection reports and maintaining quality records.

• Support quality audits and compliance with company and industry standards.

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure product specifications are met.

• Report quality issues or deviations to senior quality personnel.

• Help implement and follow ISO or internal quality procedures.

• Ensure proper usage and calibration of measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Freshers welcome; candidates with up to 6 months of experience will be given preference.

• Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and measuring instruments.

• Good observation skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to work in a production or shop floor environment.

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word) preferred.

• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
