Job Description: HR Executive sec. 17 Bahadurgarh
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in manpower management, employee coordination, and basic HR operations. This role requires hands-on experience in handling the workforce and supporting day-to-day HR activities on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end manpower planning, including attendance, shift scheduling, and workforce allocation.

Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and fulfill staffing needs efficiently.

Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.

Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.

Resolve grievances and ensure a healthy work environment on the shop floor.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory rules, and company HR policies.

Support recruitment drives for workers, operators, and staff as needed.

Assist in conducting training programs, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR MIS reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Human Resources or any relevant field.

Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the manufacturing/industrial sector.

Strong understanding of manpower handling and HR admin tasks.

Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR software/tools.
