Job Description: Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with 2 years of professional experience to join in Kundli Industrial Area Sonipat Haryana. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and a passion for accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, records, and statements.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist with tax filings and GST/TDS returns.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Tally.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
