Job Description: Dispatch Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to oversee and manage dispatch operations efficiently in Manufacturing Unit based in IMT Rohtak Haryana. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in logistics/dispatch and strong computer skills to manage tracking, reporting, and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries.

• Plan, schedule, and assign dispatch tasks to the team.

• Monitor shipment tracking, resolve delivery issues, and optimize routes.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatch schedules, inventory, and reports.

• Communicate effectively with vendors, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

• Use Excel, ERP software, and logistics tools for data management and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

• Train and guide junior dispatch staff to improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with other departments like warehouse, sales, and procurement to streamline operations.

• Analyze dispatch performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in dispatch/logistics/supply chain.

• Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP systems, Logistics software).

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Knowledge of transportation laws, fleet management, and dispatch optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
