Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in footwear manufacturing, quality control, or quality assurance.

• Diploma qualification in a relevant field.

• Experience in conducting quality inspections and maintaining quality control records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor quality control activities throughout the footwear manufacturing process.

• Inspect raw materials, components, stitching, sole attachment, finishing, and final footwear products.

• Identify manufacturing defects and take corrective actions to maintain product quality.

• Ensure that footwear products meet company specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.

• Monitor production processes to minimize defects, material wastage, and product rejections.

• Coordinate with production staff to resolve quality-related issues and improve manufacturing efficiency.

• Maintain quality inspection reports, defect records, and other necessary documentation.

• Train and guide production workers on quality standards and proper manufacturing practices.

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency in product size, fitting, finishing, durability, and overall appearance.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance footwear quality and reduce production errors.

• Ensure that only approved and quality-checked footwear products move to the packaging and dispatch stages.
