Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily EVA production activities for footwear products and components.

• Ensure smooth operation of the EVA production process and achieve daily and monthly production targets.

• Plan production activities according to orders, production schedules, and available resources.

• Allocate duties to workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

• Monitor the quality of EVA footwear products, including soles, slippers, sandals, and other components, as applicable.

• Identify production defects, material wastage, and process-related issues, and take corrective action.

• Coordinate with the quality control, maintenance, and warehouse teams to minimize production delays.

• Monitor machine performance and coordinate routine maintenance to reduce downtime.
