We are looking for an experienced EVA Quality Checker to join the Footwear manufacturing Plant in Sec 16, Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting EVA products, identifying quality issues, and ensuring that finished products meet the required quality standards. Candidates with 2 years of relevant experience and a Diploma qualification are preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an EVA Quality Checker or in a similar quality inspection role
- Male candidates preferred
- Good knowledge of EVA product quality standards and inspection procedures
- Ability to identify defects, size variations, finishing issues, and other quality problems
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and quality control processes
- Good observation and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain quality inspection records and reports
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment in Sec 16, Bahadurgarh, Haryana
Responsibilities
- Inspect EVA products at different stages of the manufacturing process
- Check products for quality, dimensions, finishing, appearance, and other specifications
- Identify defective or non-conforming products and report quality issues
- Ensure products meet company-defined quality standards before dispatch
- Coordinate with production team to resolve quality-related issues
- Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and defect details
- Monitor recurring quality issues and communicate them to the concerned department
- Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products
- Support the implementation of quality control procedures on the production floor
- Ensure proper segregation of rejected and approved products
- Follow workplace safety and quality control guidelines
- Maintain accuracy and consistency during quality inspections
