We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to join in Rohad Industrial Area, Sampla, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of relevant accounting experience and strong expertise in financial accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounts management. The candidate should be capable of independently handling accounting operations while maintaining accuracy and timely reporting.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting

  • Experience in managing general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation

  • Good knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance

  • Experience in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to maintain accurate and confidential financial records

  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet accounting and reporting deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliance activities

  • Perform regular bank reconciliation and monitor banking transactions

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable operations

  • Prepare invoices, payment records, expense statements, and journal entries

  • Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports for management review

  • Monitor outstanding receivables, vendor payments, and account balances

  • Assist internal and external auditors by providing required financial records and documentation

  • Review accounting entries and identify discrepancies or errors

  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements

  • Maintain proper documentation and financial records for audit and reporting purposes

  • Coordinate with management, vendors, auditors, banks, and internal departments as required

  • Ensure timely completion of all accounting and finance-related activities
