Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions

• Perform routine accounting and bookkeeping activities

• Record sales, purchase, cash, and bank transactions

• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents

• Assist with ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation

• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable records

• Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents

• Assist senior accountants with financial reports and accounting tasks

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records

• Support GST and other accounting-related compliance activities

• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting and documentation requirements

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting work
